Who can open an account?
Registered businesses in the United States with a valid EIN or resale certificate.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order and no minimum monthly volume.
Do you sell wholesale in bulk?
We currently offer dropshipping only. We ship each order directly to your customer.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Once your account's total product purchases reach $3,000, you get 5% off our dropship prices. At $7,000, you get 10% off. Totals count product amounts only (not shipping, handling or tax), minus any refunds. Discounts apply to future orders and stay on your account.
Which platforms do you support?
Any platform. We provide import files for Shopify and WooCommerce, a general CSV, and a live data feed. Direct Shopify and WooCommerce integrations are coming soon.
How is shipping charged?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your package weight, size and destination. We ship with USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) at our discounted rates, plus a flat $2 handling fee per order, with no other fees. Most single-item orders cost about $8–$12 in total shipping; heavier or larger items cost more. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain packaging with no brand or product information on the outside. Packing slips can show your store name and logo.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders received before 12pm PT on business days ship the same day from Chino, California.
Do you ship to every state?
We ship to all US states except Alabama.
What about returns and damaged items?
Please contact us with your order number and photos, and our team will help you resolve it.
